WHY I CREATED HYPE
I’ve spent the last 12 years helping people build strength, confidence and healthier lives through fitness. Over the years I’ve learned that the best results don’t come from quick fixes or chasing trends - they come from consistency, great coaching and a willingness to show up even when it’s hard. That belief is what led me to create HYPE.
I wanted to build more than just another gym. I wanted a place where women could train hard, lift heavy and feel empowered every time they walked through the doors. Every class is personally programmed and coached by me with intention. My goal isn’t just to give you a great workout - it’s to challenge you, help you grow and show you what you’re truly capable of.
At HYPE you’ll be surrounded by a community that works hard, supports each other and celebrates every win - big or small. My hope is that you leave every class stronger than when you walked in, not just physically, but mentally too.
